Inspector Chocolate (Michael Hui) is a man of senior service but little achievement in his job as a detective Inspector of Special Crime Squad, and his assistant detective tart(Ricky Hui) is a young man spending much of his time in his fantasy world of modern survival equipments and pretty girls. The two are constantly mocked by their colleagues and favourite targets for their boss Chief Superintendent assigning his own daughter, inexperienced woman Detective Constable Anita (Anita Mui) in Chocolate's care. He then sends them on the investigation of case in which well-known television star Janice (Janice Ong) has lost one of her twin sons. The case of the missing child appears to be a run-of0the-mill case at first but the story slowly unveils that the child is mysteriously kidnapped.....
