Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All products at NeoFilmShop.com are eligible for Worldwide Shipping via Hong Kong Post

Domestic Orders (Within Hong Kong) - Delivered within 2-5 Business Days

International Orders (Worldwide) - Delivered within 7-15 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during public holidays by airlines. 

If Airmail is not available, items will be shipped via Surface Mail*. 

*Surface Mail will take up to 1-3 months for delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
