Misaki Amemiya, a detective successfully infiltrates the lair of Babylon.com, an illegal website that provides live webcasts of the sexual torture of young female abductees. She is shocked to encounter her older sister Mifuyu, Misaki allows her sister to escape so that such criminal acts will not hinder her chances of promotion.
