Synopsis

Kan Nan (Chung King Fai) decides to hold a God of Gambling contest in Macau selecting highly skillful God of Gambling to be his chief executive, helping him to develop his business worldwide. Kan Nan has also hinted to Ko Chun (Leon Lai) that if he wins, he can marry his daughter, Kan Hing (Leung Wing Kei). Ko Chun keeps on winning in the God of Gambling contest. However, at the final juncture, Kan Nan signals to Ko Chun, telling him to lose deliberately. Yet for honour and for love, Ko Chun refuses Kan Nan. Kan Nan then plots to have the disobedient Ko Chun shot. Under the arrangement of Kan Nan, Ko Chun's fellow gangster brother Ko O (Francis Ng) becomes the God of Gambling and marries Kan Hing. Ko Chun survives, but his intelligence deteriorate, and he has to be taken care of intensively by Sister Seven (Anita Yuen) and Long Ng (Jordan Chan). In the meantime, casinos from all over the world are not convinced of crowning Ko O with the God of Gambling title and thus, joint-handedly, they challenge Ko O to another contest. Although Ko Chun's condition is quite erratic after the shot, being sometimes smart and sometimes dumb, Sister Seven and Lone Ng are determined to take the risk and let Ko Chun join the World God of Gambling Contest.
