Synopsis
Phil-sung is a lazy countryside detective. Ki-tae is a legendary prison breaker and continues his merciless killing rampage. One day, Phil-sung secretly steals his wife's savings for a bullfight gamble. Unexpectedly, he wins! While his friends are preparing a celebration for his luck, his money is taken by Ki-tae. Phil-sung runs into Ki-tae but he is much too slow to catch the killer. For his long-lost dignity, now he makes it his personal mission to bring in Ki-tae at all costs.
