Hong Kong star meng-lam (Irene Wan) has high expectations when she flies to Shanghai to surprise husband Ka-fai (Patrick Tam) for their 10th wedding anniversary. But Ka-fai not only forgets the important date, he seems much too close to his secretary, Cindy (Charmaine Fong). In a jealous huff, Meng-lam hails Hon Lui’s (Zhao Bingrui) cab and demands to go to Guilin. Two people from totally diffferent worlds thus embark on an unforeseen journey that changes both lives. Three people, Meng-lam, Ka-fai and Hon Lui, brought together by fate – but whose love is fated to bloom and whose is about to end?
