Executive produced by the renowned Hong Kong director, Corey Yeun (The Transporter) and directed by Guo Jian-Yong (choreographed Cradle 2 the Grave, Red Cliff, and Transporter 1-3), Master of the Drunken Fist tells the story of So Chan, a merchant’s son who was in line to become the Emperor’s top Martial Arts Warrior. However, after being dragged into a conspiracy between two political powers, he loses his family and almost his life. Saved by the Beggar Gang and with some help from their chief, his daughter, and not to mention some Chinese liquor, So Chan is able to find inner peace as Beggar So and sets out on the path for vengeance.
