"The Boss Up There" is a drama based upon a true story of recovered drug addicts. They grow up in neglected and broken families. Their lives illustrate hopelessness as they "hangout" together taking and trafficking drugs, engaging in blackmail and gang fighting. After a while, their lives become aimless and start to fall apart. Tung, becomes pregnant and abandoned by her family and later a homeless drug addict. Fung goes to prison and has an overdose of drugs which paralyzes him. Dog and Cat ends up in a fatal dead-end....
