Synopsis
Lui (Ben Lam) is the Tyrant of Gamblers in Macau and he wants to have a masked Saint of Gamblers to distract others attention. Meanwhile, Uncle Sam (Ng Man Tat) has lost his income since the real Saint of Gamblers retires. He discovers God Bless You (Eric Kot), who holds extraordinary powers. God meets Hokei, the Goddess of Gamblers (Diana Pang) from Thailand and learns that she has planned to kill Lui's girlfriend Yuen (Chingmy Yau) and her younger brother Siu Lung (Sik Siu Lung). Lui, knowing that God is in love with Yuen, decides to kill him. But then something shocking turns up...
