To collect secret intelligence, 701 keeps tapping their foes’ secret radios and watching their every move. One day, all of a sudden, all KMT’s secret radios seem to disappear without a trace.701 then starts recruiting people with exceptional hearing with a view to picking up their foes’ frequencies again. Secret agent Zhang Xuening is sent to Shanghai to look for a piano tuner named Luo Sanger, who has superb hearing as said. After an all-night talk with Luo’s blind servant named He Bing, Zhang realizes this blind man is the one she looks for.Surprisingly, he rediscovers 120 secret frequencies that once are lost within just few days. He Bing is fond of Zhang. He, nevertheless, knows that he is not good enough for her so he keeps it all to himself. He then falls in love with another female colleague named Chen Jing, who indeed has a complex background. He Bing and Chen Jing are now married. Zhang introduces a doctor to He Bing as a present. He Bing is convinced by Zhang and receives the surgery that successfully fixes his eyes. He Bing’s hearing, unfortunately, is becoming very poor. Though he gets to listen to Chong Qing’s frequencies, but he can’t understand the meaning of it at all. That, as a result, gets Zhang in peril….
