Synopsis:
Nobita is practicing his recorder, which he is not very good at, for a school concert when a mysterious girl, Mikka, appears. She is looking for a music expert to play with her in order to revive the "Hall of Music " on a planet where music is an energy source.
大雄為了準備學校音樂會，努力練習他不擅長的牧童笛。突然，一名神秘女孩美佳出現，邀請多啦A夢和大家去到「琺籟之殿堂」，希望他們能幫忙復甦這個以音樂作為能源的星球。多啦A夢於是利用法寶「音樂家執照」，幫大家挑選不同的樂器，與美佳一齊演奏，令殿堂慢慢回復生機。可是，有可怕的生物打算消滅世界上的音樂，連地球也陷入危機當中…多啦A夢和大雄不只要拯救地球，還要拯救「音樂的未來」！
